PASSENGERS SIDE REAR DOOR GETS STUCK OPENING FROM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE AFTER DRIVING

Can you please help me. My PASSENGERS SIDE REAR DOOR GETS STUCK OPENING FROM INSIDE AND OUTSIDE after i have driven the car. It will only open when i press the central locking button next to (hazzard lights) I give it a few pushes inside the car, (OPEN CLOSE OPEN CLOSE) Then it opens. Anyone got any ideas why???:stickpoke (OPEN CLOSE OPEN CLOSE....OPEN)
