rpm low?

just picked up the X after its service and rocker gaskets,now i think the rpm is running low.the rpm needle is sitting between 0 and 1.(exactly halfway):dunno:

What should the recommended idle be?

i believe standard rpm is 550 rpm with A/C off.

A/C on, it goes up about 50-100 rpm
