04 3.0i Torque Spec

Hey just wanted to confirm that the torque spec should be 30nm right? This is with anti-seize compound

if your torquing a lug bolt, then no, but if your torquing a spark plug, you should not use any Anti-Sieze Compound especially if it is an NGK plug, as most all of them come with a trivalent coating, and its 25nm +- 5nm, i always do 27nm.

Yeah this is for spark plugs, definitely going with NGK on this one. I've heard mixed opinions on bosch plugs

if the bosch plugs have a shiny coating on the threads, then you do not need to use any anti-sieze. lemme pull up the TSB on this.
