o2 sensor adaptation limit
 

Just replaced the Exhaust Cam sensor. Went well!. Now getting o2 sensor adaptation limit cly #1-3 and #4-6 after reset the service light for the Exhaust Cam sensor. Will run for about 50 km then the service light comes on with the o2 adaptation error. Anyone able to explain what is happening and how to fix / reset this?

It's telling you the fuel mixture is out of controllable limit. The possible causes of the problem depend on whether or not it is too rich or too lean, and if the mixture problem is at idle or under load. You should start with having the faults read by better equipment that will give the needed details to start diagnosis.
