did you find the leak on trans bell housing? sounds like valley pan gasket to me since you mention it leaks when parked incline. put a white paper where it leaks and see if the color is clear mixed with greenish/bluish color.

it sound like a mechatronic seal, transmission leak (trans pan gasket), i just had mine replaced on my 05 4.8is last week, slight leak in the driveway. all gone now.

Hi, I think i have a valley pan replacement coming,

It's been on the ramps for a week I was under it today.

Here's where the coolant is coming from.

I may also have a pipe problem as coolant burps from the reservoir cap every so often.

However I did have loads of air in the system after a balls up changing the reservoir.

Can someone confirm my fate?

Thanks
B

take the front plastic under tray cover off and take a look at the lower hoses as well as the water pump.

from you pics, its hard to tell where the leak is coming from since the under tray is there catching the fluid and funelling it down to the hole where it finally drops out.

i had a similar puddle under my car and it turned out to be my water pump itself that was leaking so i just replaced it.

Thanks for your reply, I'll pop off the cover tonight.

Is it easy to see the pipes and pump or will I be searching for a needle in a haystack?

I have TIS so I'm searching for an picture.

Would a faulty pump and/or pipes lead to the pressure build up/burping Im getting?

Many Thanks

B
