Hello,
My name is Richard,

I am from USA but recently married a gorgeous Dutch girl and moved with her family in Amsterdam.
First of all I want to thank you for your interest you showed in my car that I had listed on eBay.
I took the X5 with me here with the intention of driving it here but I cannot register it in Holland as it is made for USA market and has US specs on it so I have decided to sell it for a small amount of money so that I can buy myself a new European car.
I also have to pay for the mortgage of my new house so I need some cash very soon and can't afford to wait to get a better price on the car.

Here are few things about it:

2003 Black BMW X5 4.6is at US$ 9,900.00

Year: 2003
Make: BMW
Model: X5
Series: 4.6is
Body: SUV
Engine: 4.6L V8
Transmission: Automatic
Miles: 31,076
Ext.Color: Black
Int.Color: Black

Here is a list with the ptions that are on the car:
Air Bags,Warranty,Heated Seats,Fog/Driving Lamps,Body Side Moldings,Rear Defroster,Tinted Glass,Rear Wiper
Roof Luggage Rack,Sunroof,Anti-lock Brakes,4 Wheel Drive,Traction Control,Alloy Wheels,Power Driver's Seat,Power Door Locks,Power Windows
Power Passenger Seat,Power Mirrors,Center Arm Rest,Rear Arm Rest,Rear Shoulder Harness,Cloth Seats,Bucket Seats,GPS Navigation System,Trip Odometer,Console,Keyless Entry,Cassette Player
Tilt Steering Wheel,AM/FM Radio,Air Conditioning,Cruise Control,Clock

The car runs and drives like a dream.
It has no known problems.
It was a non smoker car and was very well maintained.
Always kept is heated garage and never raced.
I have all papers from the car, keys, user manuals and clear title.
The cars meets all EPA and DOT regulations and has all USA specs on it and there will be no problem for you to register this in your name.
It was never registered in Holland (outside USA) so there will be no problem with customs or extra fees.
The car is already prepared for shipping with TNT Air Cargo and with me having some connections at the shipping carrier I can deliver this to your home address anywhere in USA on Canada for free (shipping is included).
So the total price for the car and delivery in 7 working days is US$ 9,900.00 .
The transaction ( car, papers, keys, title - money exchange ) will be made under eBay supervision.I will request a 20% from the amount to be deposited at eBay prior shipping.
If you are interested get back by e-mail and let me know.

Regards, Richard

SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! I've read a couple of emails similar to that before.

iop9000 11-13-2005 08:51 PM

i cant believe that these kind of cases are getting rampant if not coincidences. Just recently helped a forum member from another car forum not so long ago with same case...minutes from sending a western union wire transfer to the seller, another member posted a big NO with proofs that that the transaction is a fraud--he was an earlier victim for the same car...
