DSC inactive!!!
 
I have an 02 X5, and the last couple of days out of nowhere the engine will shut off, and the DCS inactive light will show up on my message board. WTF???
I can turn the key off, and restart it, but seem's kind of dangerous if it happens in traffic at a high speed........Please help me... :dunno:

You still sporting the original battery? If so its time to change and might be the issue.
