Hi, remapping 4.4

Hi! New member with the 4.4 just bought. Sorry for my bad english, I'm from Italy.
Does anyone change the chip program or the air filter with a more performance one? I'd like to do it and to know exactly which are the performance effects on the car.
Moreover I don't like a lot the original sound from the exaust. Is anything (not extreme) on the market and something about the performance result?

AFE air intake,probably on Ebay. Dinan software:trust nothing else. delete your resonator with an x pipe from summitracing.com
