Valley Pan
 

I read alot from what many of you wrote and after the mechanic took the X5 apart today, guess what, valley pan is the problem. It might be more but thats where most of the leak seems to be from. So far the radiator leaked the reservoir fill cap at least 2 different hoses at the "O" rings. I shouldn't say this but I hopre the alternator "o" ring seal isn't next after it's fixed! Looked like it was leaking from under the transmission bell housing. X5 has just over 105k on it and I think the previous owners neglected it under the hood, but sounds like alot of you that own these have the same problem. \
