Rear ride height uneven

I am having an issue with my rear ride height. It's sitting lower on the right by about 1/2 now. I have lowering springs in the front and adjustable links for the back. Some how one of the links has become a little bent so I am making adjustments on the links to get them to match up.

First adjustment I got it to with in a 1/4 in. So I removed and adjusted the right side which was higher. Now I am 1/2 in higher, going the wrong direction.

Does the right link control the right wheel height or the left? Seems like an odd question as I would assume right controls the right and left controls the left, but it is BMW and this is driving me nuts. I have to remove the wheels in order to get to the links and the wheels are fugging heavy.

Just took it for a quick spin and now sitting 1/4 higher on the right.

just remember after each adjustment to drive the vehicle around for a few minutes.

I just put the factory ones back on. All even now, but higher :thumbdown. I will see if I can get the bent link replaced and then I should be able to match them up perfect before reinstalling.

how low is it from stock height? Do you notice more bounce and roll in the rear when lowered. what do you think is the best height and performance mixture?

It was lowered about an inch. I am going to need to drive it this way for a few days to give you some feedback. It was a little bouncy when lowered. Seems to me if the air spring is lowered it has to let air out which I would assume changes the spring rate, yes?

This whole suspension thing is a work in progress. I am getting new rear tires in a few days as my Verds are just about slicks.

Have you tried playing w/ the ride height sensors?

What would I do to the sensors? I am adjusting by changing the length of the end links.

I will say the sensors don't look like they are in the exact spot as each other. The sensor is attached to a metal bracket that can be moved a little bit by bending it. Maybe this bracket is slightly bent and that is my issue.

I should have taken pics when I had the wheels off.

They could have moved a little, I've seen broken mounts at the end of the rod, etc. It's worth taking a look.
