problem w steering wheel and power seat

117k miles on it, driver side power seat and steering wheel motor seems to be shot. when i attempt to move the seat it doesnt move smoothly, instead you click it and it moves very little, same case w the steering wheel. im guessing its the motor? is this a dyi thing? =(
