vibration at idle

Hey guys, I know its been discussed, I am having the vibration at idle that goers away when shifting into neutral or park. Seems others have had good luck replacing mounts. When I search for parts, I am getting transmission/engine mounts as the same item. Are these not seperate mounts? Thanks much!

Check for cracked hoses first before spending too much money.
