Ebay CCFL projector headlights question.
At the moment I am installing CCFL ebay headlights. Down time right now since friend is going to the part store to get hyper white (turn signal bulb). But as I was looking at the back. I was wondering what these where? I know one is a ground, probably for the halos but for the people that have installed these, where did you ground it to? And one I just don't know what it is. I circled both in yellow.

=( need help asap... Getting dark out.

Guessing the top plug is to power the angel eyes... did they come with an extra plug in the bow to wire up to that?

If they're CCFL they most likely need a ballast to light up, and hopefully they have ballasts available to fit that plug.
Can you give a link an auction for the same lights, possibly same seller? |

Funny how they don't mention anywhere in the listing that the ballasts aren't included... I'd definitely contact the seller with this issue as from the looks of it they should be included.

I don't know exactly how angel eyes work. I had OEM halogens with no angel eyes. So I don't know what is needed for it to work. I thought all I need to do is power it up and ground it. I wasn't informed about having a ballast to emit it. So if anyone can clarify this, it would be very helpful. |
CCFL eyes are basically just tiny bright fluorescent tubes, and require the ballasts to transform the low voltage power to a really high voltage signal to ignite the gasses in the rings.
