It's time to do an alignment, and I can't find anywhere Factory alingment specifications for 4.4 with 255/50/19 in front and 285/45/19 in rear. I like my truck bone stock

Anyone know specs for a 4.8is with oem 20" wheel setup

If it's a 4.8-04-06 it's the same thing

Why do you need them? Get it done at the dealer who definitely has them or a shop that has the high end Hunter stuff and their computer will have the specs as well. Do NOT attempt to do this on your own.

go to a BMW dealership that is equiped with the Hawk Eye Alignment machine. it is the best and most accurate. alignments range between 139.99 and 159.99

How can one easily find out whether a particular dealer has this setup?

Also I thought BMW's alignments were all done with the KDS II setup?
