Would be interested in hearing the results. I want to do something with my exhaust, just not sure. I like the Dinan but geez the price is outrages. Thinking magnaflow myself. Not sure to do a set up like you are saying or to add mufflers in the back as well. I like some exhaust noise when I want it, not all the time.

Well redline, the other option I was thinking of would be the X-pipe in place of the resonator and a pair of hushpower mufflers in the rear. I think that would be closer in sound to what you want. Maybe check out some youtube vids of different cars/trucks etc. with hushpowers installed.
