Fixing road rash
 

So i had ordered Dr. Color chip last year and never used it. So this year I polished the beast and wanted to cry when I saw the hood. So this weekend i did some testing and wow.

the product. color match was perfect

the chips on the driver side. its the same on the passengers side i just started taking pics after i started.

I painted it on with the brush they supplied. when i do the other side i going to use an old shirt to apply it cause its such a big area.

waited a few minutes then put the sealer on a microfiber cloth and blended in and removed the excess paint

Its not a paint job but it sure works. On big chips it wont hide as well but its harder to see the chip.

I just noticed the same thing and felt like crying as well after I got her detailed. This is really helpful though and posted at the perfect time for me! :thumbup:
I hate the 'should've invested in a clear bra a long time ago' feeling lol
The results look good and I'm definitely going to look into trying this!

I did more of the passengers side of the hood and there are almost no specs. I'm not doing the driver side so when i go to them meet Saturday people can see the difference if they are interested.

I need this stuff as well.. Tim at Endless details in orange ct was going to give my face an overhaul.....
