rear fog lights

Do any 1 out there has done a rear fog lights setup?.. i need some help with the wiring setup cause i just got the swicth with the front and rear fogs lights the other day and please add full detils with pics thanks... And do any 1 has any idea how i could get a hookup with parts from Germany?
