A.C blower not working

Hi guys I know you heard this thousands of times but i need to know whats the name of the piece that failed....My A.C. blower doesnt work.No heat No nothing...:dunno:Is there anyway of checking if it is the final stage resistor before buying....

check your ragulator on the front left side.
