Steering heavy to right

I got new Conti DWS last month for the X and am satisfied with the feel and responsiveness but there's a slightly heavy feel to the right even when driving on flat surface. X tracks straight on most roads even when i let go of steering wheel. Of course most roads incline towards shoulder and after some time/distance, X starts to drift over to right side of road.
Alignment was done at dealer a week after getting the new tires and ticket was noted as "All green but heavy to right before alignment" which i did not notice due to short period of driving it with new tires.
I went to talk to a local alignment shop and was advised to switch front tires/wheel around ( left->right), they strongly bet its the problem. Thinking of doing it since i don't have any suspected suspension faults.

So has anyone run into this issue before ? Tried switching front tires ? So far, about 1100+ miles put in new tires only. Also i'm only running 18s.

Appreciate any feedback, and i will pull back my response on thread " New tires for 4.8 so as not to hijack it.
Thx.
