E70 Side Mirrors for a E53

Hi All
I have an urgent question :confused:
I need to replace my X5 side mirrors.
I have an option to purchase some E70 mirrors for a good price but cant check to see if they will fit.
I mainly want the base off the E70 mirrors to replace mine.
So will E70 Mirrors base bolt straight onto my 2001 E53 mirrors.

Are they power retractable? If so you have pictures and price.
