Will 4.6is and 4.4 tips fit a 3.0

I am looking to get some new tips for my X5 3.0. Will the stock 4.6is and 4.4 tips fit on a 3.0?

The answer to your question is yes,but your existing tips need to be cut and the 4.4/4.6 have to be welded on.
Its important that you get a competent exhaust place to do the work.
