Best Window Regulator to use?

ok, so I am tired of reading through all the post, figured I would just ask. Replacing these damn regulators is getting on my nerves. Has anyone come across a quality regulator kit they can recommend? And where can I get it? I am now replacing the rear window one.

I would honestly just go OEM if you are replacing the regulator. If you want to fix it, mrbmwx5 has posted a video diy.
