Problem starting

Hey so I went to go start my car today and it sounded Wierd, went to go start it again and it had trouble starting. My clock on the radio reset, do u guys think my battery is done, or could it bs something else like alternator

how old exactly is the battery and do you no if it was replaced since you bought it? if its old it could be the battery and its a cheap change.
