Bluetooth Phone Pairing

Hi,

I have the bluetooth phone option but not sure how to turn it on. Ive tried to use my phone to search for a new pairing device but it doesnt seem to find anything.

Any ideas why this may be please

Thanks in advance

It's not easy! You first have to find your pairing code in the phone manual. It's a 4 digit code and each car is different. Then you press and hold the only button that you can see inside the phone dock in the armrest. After about ten seconds you switch the ignition on to number 2 whilst still holding the button. After about 5 secs, let go and your system will go into pairing mode. Then you search for it with your phone, enter the code the switch off the ignition to seal the deal. Not sure how to get the code if you don't have the card though........

Code is on the ULF module in the trunk, youll have to pull it out to see it.

Thanks guys. Will give it ago tomorrow.

Is the ULF module above the CD changer? Are there any pictures of it on the forum? How many digits are there?

Hi,

After several attempts I managed to get it in to pairing mode. However, I cant seem to find the code on the ULF module. I have a card (Radio pass BMW) in the wallet which came with the car which has some number on. Would any of these numbers work?

Thanks in advance
