Bmw is still leaking oil
 

I finnaly got my bmw fixed, and i was guaranteed no more oil would leak. They changed the gasket on the power steering pump. Now that problem is fixed, but oil is still leaking. All the oil is on the bottem of the oil pan and parts of the transfer case. The dealer told me I need to change the oil pan gasket. Is it common to change that gasket?
