Voice activation comes on/off all the time..

Hello!

Yesterday when I was out driving the voice actiovation came on by it self.
And since then it comes on/off all the time... Rather annoying, as it turns off the music, waits and says "canceled (in german)" all the time...

anybody knows whats wrong?

Sounds like an expensive electrical error?
