Fixing dent/bent tailgate
 

So the champion whom I bought the car from, backed up into something and dented the back right bumper and tailgate. I'm going to fix it myself since its more of a bend than a dent. Lower tailgate is bent up and in a little bit, and bumper has a bend upwards. Going to take off the bumper, and push the bumper part down and re-arrange whatever in there was pushed up/moved around. As for the tailgate, does anyone have any suggestions on a method of bending it, or just pull with my hands or padded/wrapped plyers.
