Alternator Question

Looking to replace the alternator on my 2002 3.0i but don't know which amperage to buy. 90A, 120A or 140A? And if anyone can direct me to where to purchase I would greatly appreciate it.

I use bavauto.com and I use bmwfans or realoem.com for parts look up. try those first. At bavauto it looks like it depends on the plug on the back but be sure to get it checked first along with the battery.
