Brake job gone wrong....?

Hi Guys,

I think something went wrong with my brake job as noted below in the (#7) photo, I lost (not sure how) the anti rattle clips on three corners... :yikes:

I also had one of the rotor bolts that was stripped so I went with out, I ordered a new one from the stealer, but I need to know if I screwed anything up by losing the anti rattle clips..... :dunno:

Let me know your thoughts.

Yes, you need the anti-rattle clips. They hold the outer pads and stop them moving around.

Did I do any damage not having them the past 10 days?

Not likely. When you put them on I would look at the outer pad to see if had been chattering, and there were any marks on it, but that is just to be extra cautious.
