Window shattered. Is it hard to slide in new glass?
 

So my clips broke and the window dropped and shattered. Is it hard to get the glass up and in there? I really don't 1) trust these shops know what their doing all the much 2) think 200 bucks is a little much.

If the shop dropped it and broke it, aren't they paying for it?

If you dropped it and broke it, finding a shop you can trust may have been a cheaper alternative.

No the clips broke and it dropped and shattered in the door.
I don't think I've ever been more worried in my life. The guy that showed up to put the new glass in is looking at my X like its a space ship from some crazy far away galaxy, on top of being 2 hours late. I believe a discount will be in order.....
