Changed alternator...Ipod integration kit hums
 

I replaced my alternator with a used one and now my Dice kit hums pretty loud when I play my Ipod. What's the quickest fix for this problem? Any help greatly appreciated.

Get a good ground.

Recheck that the alt is grounded. If brackets were painted, etc, you may need clean the paint off where it contacts the mounting bracket.

Thanks for the responses, will have it checked this weekend, but why wouldn't this also affect the radio and tape player?
