Rear Tire Tow Out

My rear tires have what I perceive to be a noticible tow out so I am going to bring it to the shop for a 4 wheel alignment. Has anyone else here had to remedy that situation?

This is normal but you're right they do look abit excesive.

Toe out is not normal, camber in is normal.

The alignment will either fix it or show if there are any bent/worn parts.

I assumed he meant how the rear wheels on the x look when viewing from the rear. Does he really know what toe and camber really mean.

Check other threads you have camber issues and likely need upper control arms in the back.

Like Weasel said rear toe out is not normal and I am not even sure you can change this setting in the rear. You may have worn out control arm or bushing somewhere. BTW, toe out/in is very hard to spot with naked eye unless they are way out of spec are you sure it's toe not camber?

Agressive negative camber in the rear is very normal on X5, and also what alot of people complains about, due to wearing the inside tires thread fast.
