p1419 2004 x5 6 cylinder

Hi,

I have a 2004 x5 w/6 cylinder engine. I am getting the p1419 code along with misfire code's & p174 & p171 banks 1&2 lean. I found the posts listed above and clicked on the links provided. I am confused on which one is the proper link for my car. My system looks like the first link below. My service manual show's the second link diagram for the secondary air injection system. Thanks in advance for any help

The first link is the one that show the items that you may need. Item #9 or 14. I would clean #14 first and if it does not help, you may have to replace one or both.
