Drivers door sounds loose

Has anyone experienced this, my 06 drivers door doesn't have that "BMW" clunk. Is it possible that there was some work done inside the door...window regiulator or locking mechanism and that is loose?
No body work involved, I checked very closely...the paint is original...

Some molded plastic parts are bonded to the inner part of the doorskin and can rattle as the bonding adhesive starts to separate. A craftsman high temp glue gun solved my issues.

+1, that expanding nuts (glued around the door trim to hold it pegged against the door frame) can get separated when the epoxy glued dried-loosen, especially in humid area like Florida. Then you'll have rattle in the door.

BTW, you need this to check for paint originallity by detecting the paint thickness to micron, all paint job overspray the adjacent panel to blend in color then you'll see a jump in paint thickness there. In many cases I've seen 220-250um when the original paint is around 120-150um. The picture shows the unit in mils but can be switched to um (micron) as well, the F means Ferum for iron cause it will work on aluminum body panel as well (but not plastic) FYI.
