No Air Conditioning blowing out of dash?

I just bought a 2002 E53 4.4i here in Spartanburg SC with 3600 miles and never titled, it was used in the factory here as an artifact. Once the Air Conditioning was blowing in the dash but nothing coming out of the vents, anyone know what the fix is? Thx
