Ground shipping should not be more than $30-$35 per wheel anywhere in US.

I just figured out why I wouldn't buy from this seller, I'll quote from his shipping/return policy:

Restocking fees are bulls*%t.

I must have misread it, or it changed... I see that the auction has been revised. Who knows. But restocking fees, blah blah blah, that ain't right.
