Going to Vegas now.Pls help

Few days ago I had nail in my rear left tire. Got it fixed , somehow, nail didn't go inside , so it was an easy fix.
As I am writing this message I am driving to Vegas(friend is typing) ,,, I already driven 185 miles from San Diego, and so far had 3 times already Tire pressure light ON. I stopped and checked pressure and it was fine, reset worked!. TPS went On again and I am bummed.
Weather here is kind of jumping around , 10 min ago it was 38. Now it's 48.
Please help. 4.8is ,,, 74190miles

UPDATE....
I just stopped the car, turn it off , waited few minutes, Key position was in 2. Turned on the car and without reseting it, it went away by it self

Update
Drove another 30 miles, light came back ON

The weather change can really mess with it. You should be fine. When you get back, work on getting a new tire.

I knew it!!!! I like the weather, but it seems my car doesn't! Why new tire

Doesn't sound like you need a new tire, but rather a full reset of the tire pressure monitoring system.

Yep, it doesn't.
Full reset- u referring to hold TPS button turn on engine, or there is another way

Follow the precise steps in your owner's manual.

First, check all tire pressures.
Next, turn the key on, and start the car, but don't drive.
Press the tire monitor button until the indicator in the dash lights up.
Begin driving. It takes a while for the light to go out, and you have to be driving. However, you had to be stopped to start the reset process.

If the steps aren't done correctly, it won't be reset completely.

If the above doesn't work, get the system checked out because there could be a problem with it. Continue to drive, but check your tire pressures daily with a gauge.

when you get here to Vegas go to Husker Automotive on Silverado Ranch (exit to the right on the 15N at South Point Casino) take it east for a mile or so, it will be on the left 500 ft after Bermuda and Silverado. ask for Tom tell him Freddy with the white X5 sent ya. He does BMW beautifully.

My 4.8is gets false TPMS warnings all the time, especially when in wet or cold weather. Check your tire pressure and make sure it is OK. Then reset the system as others have described. Enjoy Vegas!
