great, i'll give them a call sometime tomorrow and setup an appointment in case my local dealer doesn't offer anything close. my bil lives there too, so paying him a surprise visit wouldn't hurt ;)

I haven't lived in VA Beach since 97, and that was long before I got bit by the BMW bug...is Checkered Flag a BMW dealership? If so, and they're doing the fill/topping off procedure correctly, that is a pretty good deal considering the labor time involved as well as if they're using actual Esso.
