code p1748 failsafe prog

Hi guys,
so has anyone succesfully repaired anything related to this code?
I haven't been able to find good info on this.
I get this code along with the transfailsafe message, my E53 isn't moving.

faclift is 2004-2006 models, restyled. yours is pre-facelift.
