SES light coming on only at high speed

Today the SES light was flashing as I was driving around 100mph. It would flash for a bit, then when I got back down to 80 it stopped. Then it start as the speeds when higher again. I'm guessing I have a misfire caused by either the fuel pump or MAF. Anyone experience this before?
