Facelift my X5 or not??
 

Although my 2002 4.4i has every option under the sun, looks like a 4.6is inside and out and drives great... I just love the look of the '04 and up models and love the power of the 4.6is.

Can't decide if I should:

1. Do a complete front end facelift and keep it..
2. Sell it and buy a 4.6is (It would still have the older look; Can't afford a 4.8is just yet..)
3. Sell it and buy a 4.6is AND do a facelift on it...(Expensive way to go...)
4. Sell it and buy a '04 or newer 4.4i with the new front end..
5. Keep it and just hold off until the new body style comes out..

Sell it. Wait until new body style.

imo from what i saw of the new x, i think its gross.
go for an 04 4.4i

man! your car is beautiful, that's how i want mine to look but im still short of the al. running boards, titanium trim, and navigation

honestly tho if it were me, i would wait until the new style comes out or just sell yours and buy an 04' or 05 4.4...i have a 02' 3.0 and im fantasizing selling it/trading it in for a 4.8 model

4. Buy an 04. You will still need a 4.8 kit.

Seems like you have pre-2004 tail lights on your 4.4.

I would wait. Once the new body is out, the 04-06 value will drop condiderably...then make your purchase. Just my .02

I agree with Ghost here. King, you have one of the nicest-looking X5 around facelifted or not. I would say wait enjoy the crap out of it until the next generation comes out.

i liek your ride alot the only thig to possable change is the grill or even clear corners?
