RFT

Do you have to run RFT when moving to 20 inch tires due to the spare not being of the same diameter? Is it the same diameter as 20 inch tires?

Have read multiple issues with RFT, mostly repair issues.

Cheers.

Spare is the same rolling diameter for all tire sizes, if you go with stock size in each diameter. It is a smaller wheel with a higher profile tire.

Some don't like the run flats, and that is fine, but they are repairable if you follow the tire manufacturer's recommendations (no sidewall cuts, no extended driving on them flat which destroys the carcass). I have had run flats repaired with no issues at all.

Thanks mate, I am ordering some new tyres from Tire Rack at present and will see what deals they have at present.
