SES multiple codes

It was on over the weekend. Now I checked it and it showed P1620, P1343 and P1350. Checked and saw it was complicated and required more tools and skills. Still contemplate to fix it but don't know if it is worthy or not. I worry I may cause more damages and cost more than take it to a shop. Any suggestion?

Try running a DIS diagnosis on it. Service plan suggestions will also be available, based on the found error codes.
