Xoutpost.com - window control unit issue

had to replace the black tabs for the window actuator in the driver side door, went i put everything back together and plugged in the master window control unit i noticed the passenger (f & r) windows wont roll up or down from the master control unit. The driver side window does go up and down but no one-touch up/down now. Weird thing is when i pull the unit halfway out (with wires still connected) i can get the unit to work 100% 1/10 times. FYI - I did not disconnect the battery before unplugging/plugging in the unit while working on the window...did this create an issue? Should i just buy a new master control unit?
