CD Changer installed upside down

Hello fellow X pilots,

Only just got my X5 E53 and ventured into the cargo area for a poke around and a look at what's where.

Anyway, I noticed my 6 CD changer is mounted upside down!
I stuck some CD's in and went for a drive and they all play fine.

Should I refit it?
If I do, should I disconnect any fuse/s first or will it be OK to just disconnect, flip over and reconnect without messing up the computer etc?

Any advice appreciated.
