It sure does. Nice work! Want to do this to my wheel and my E60 wheel. Wonder how much it affects the heating function?

Thanks! Im not sure as I don't have the luxury of a heated steering wheel. This one is actually for my e38 and I ordered one for my X5 but it's in damn near perfect condition. The one in my e38 was a bit rough around the edges.

What's up with the airbag light? Did you not disconnect the battery when you did your wheel?

My airbag module is shot and I have a few spares but haven't gotten around to replacing it yet.
