hood sticking on passenger side
 

Hi folks,
I've read through the forum and tried a few methods but all fails, maybe I am not doing something right.

everytime I try to pop the hood open, the passenger side is usually not unlatching open, and is stuck. it takes 10 mins and many tries to get it to unlatch. I tried pushing turning the spring around and pushing it in and out. No luck.

What could be wrong? maybe try wd40? I have a 2006 4.4i

Try lubricating it. You can use WD40 as a penetrating oil, but then to lubricate it I would use white lithium grease.
