Anyone modify the rear window water spray?
Don't you feel like you have to time the spay so it sprays (well thats the problem-it doenst spray it pours) so that the wiper pulls the water all over the glass, otherwise it takes SO many sprays to get it clean. Anyone make any modifications to the nozzle to get more of a "spay"?

I'm interested to know as well as I thought it was just mine that did that. Nice to know it's the design, even though it doesn't seem very helpful at times...

I was just messing with this yesterday and thought mine was plugged up or I had a line pressure problem. Actually I think the X does have a line pressure problem and that is why it leaks instead of spraying. The pump is a whole vehicle away and doesn't pressurize well. You'd need a helluva pump to pressurize a line that far.

Mines the same way. I keep forgetting to try to adjust it. I know on some washer jets you can stick like a little straight pen or something small like that in them and rotate the nozzle around to aim them, haven't tried on the X5 yet. Seems every time I think about it is when I'm driving down the road in the rain and by the time I get where I'm going it's the last thing on my mind.
