It's not ALWAYS the pump.................

on the bottom of the pumps in the rear of the tank.

PS- it's also why people complain of low pressure on the back washer.

Now it's on to detailing :D

Having an intermittent issue with my windshield washers. Headlights and rear window seem to work fine. The pictures are gone, so what exactly was the issue here?

Nothing common. It is usually the pump. There are separate pumps for each location, all mounted on the reservoir. If the nozzles aren't plugged, then it is likely the pump. You can easily diagnose by swapping the hoses and connections around to see if the problem moves or stays at the same location (front/rear).

It does sound like the pump is working when I pull the stalk. At the moment I am hoping it is just a clogged filter. If it is the pump are they relatively easy to change?

Yes, very easy. Takes 10 minutes. Theres a DIY somewhere on this forum..
