HELP- REAR SUSPENSION IS REALLY HIGH

hi everyone, today i went to drive the x and i noticed the ride was very bouncy like a tractor. i got out and noticed that the rear suspension is really high but the front is normal. there is no error message on the dash so am very puzzled to what has happend. any help??

one of your rear leveling sensors could be broke. take a look at them and see if they are damaged. try and reset your battery. keep the leads off the battery for about 30 minutes

thanks for the reply, where are the sensors? how can i tell if they are damaged? i will take the battery off tomorro and see if that resolves anything.
